Responsibilities:
- Operate a tow truck to safely and efficiently transport vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting stranded motorists and ensuring their satisfaction
- Perform automotive repairs and diagnostics as needed
- Load and unload vehicles onto flatbeds or tow dollies
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues with tow trucks and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating a tow truck or similar equipment preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic automotive repairs
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Ability to operate a forklift for loading and unloading vehicles
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with customers or other drivers
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and software

Pay: $1,156.00 - $1,206.00 per week
