Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods
- Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that supports child welfare and promotes positive behavior management strategies
- Implement curriculum development techniques tailored to diverse learning styles and special education needs, including early intervention strategies
- Facilitate engaging activities that foster childhood development milestones, social skills, and emotional regulation
- Manage classroom operations efficiently, including classroom management practices and daily routines for toddlers and preschoolers
- Collaborate with families through clear communication about children’s progress, behavior, and developmental goals
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, with a strong background in classroom management and lesson planning
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles, special education practices, and behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with curriculum development tools such as Montessori or other educational frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities, including those requiring early intervention or special education services
- Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members clearly and positively
