Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our teamat the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Jonesboro,AR. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial maintenance and possess strong technical skills to maintain and repair equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and prevent downtime
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial maintenance is required
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and HVAC/R principles
- Ability to use tools such as voltmeters and scissor lifts
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose problems effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with internal teams
