Overview
We have a 2 week project coming up - first 2 weeks of August - move out cleaning at an apartment block near downtown Knoxville.
This will be full-time, 8 hour day shift, 4-5 days p/w. You will need to be available during the week and weekends.
This will be a temporary, independent contractor position, with a possibility of being offered a L/T permanent position thereafter.
Cleaning supplies & equipment will be provided.
Pay is $23.00 per hour.
Must have reliable transport.
Work is near downtown Knoxville, same location every night (1 apartment building).
Must be able to pass a background check.
Requirements
- Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred; familiarity with commercial cleaning is highly valued
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality results
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- Willingness to learn new cleaning methods and adapt to different facility requirements
Pay: $23.00 per hour
