In this role, you’ll be a cornerstone for students’ communication needs, handling therapy services, evaluations, and IEP support, all within a supportive and collaborative school environment.
Qualifications:
- Active Delaware SLP licensure/certification (required).
- School-based SLP experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in providing speech therapy services and conducting evaluations.
- Experience with IEP development and progress monitoring.
- Must provide confirmation of active licensure with your application.
- Please note: SLPAs are not being considered for this assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver impactful speech therapy across diverse grade levels (specifics TBD).
- Complete thorough evaluations and write insightful IEPs.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to collaborative planning.
- Collect and analyze student progress data; maintain therapy notes.
- Utilize systems such as Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP.
