We are seeking a results-driven and highly organized Construction Project Manager to take full ownership of our projects in Travelers Rest, SC. In this role, you will not just manage tasks; you will drive project success. This position requires an exceptional level of autonomy. We need a self-directed leader who can spearhead operations, make critical decisions on-site, and deliver projects on time and within budget without needing daily supervision or hand-holding.

Strong Communication: Ability to effectively manage and coordinate field crews (operators, handymen, subcontractors) while providing clear, concise updates to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion in Travelers Rest.
Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring all work complies with project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate, schedule, and supervise field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
Optimize project efficiency by directly tackling or resolving site tasks and adjustments when subcontracting is not practical or cost-effective.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, implementing corrective actions proactively when variances occur.
Manage material procurement and ensure tools and resources are available on-site when needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or Site Superintendent.
Deep knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
Strong leadership, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.
