Overview
We are an Abrasive Blasting/Industrial painting business seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role offers the opportunity to support daily office operations, enhance efficiency, and provide exceptional customer service. you will follow through with administrative tasks and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones with professionalism and friendly phone etiquette
- Manage front office operations, including handling incoming mail, packages, and visitor sign-in procedures
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for invoicing and tracking
- Assist with office management tasks including organizing files and filing, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean and efficient workspace
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office environment with clerical skills and familiarity with office procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette
- Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks
- Previous experience in administrative support roles demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy
Pay: $20.00 per hour
