Now Hiring: Estimator – Masonry & Concrete Construction
Location: Anaheim, CA (In-Office Position)

E.O.S. Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in masonry and concrete construction to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of estimating experience and be familiar with both residential home builders and commercial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys building client relationships while managing projects from the estimating phase through job setup.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate masonry and concrete estimates and proposals.
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with home builders, commercial clients, and general contractors.
- Assist with business development and sales by identifying new opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Set up new projects in the company's accounting and project management systems.
- Coordinate vendor and subcontractor setup and maintain accurate records.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing.
- Work closely with project managers, field supervisors, and accounting to ensure a smooth project handoff.
- Assist with billing and project documentation (experience with billing is a plus).
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of estimating experience in masonry and concrete construction.
- Experience working with production home builders and commercial construction customers.
- Strong knowledge of construction plans, specifications, and takeoffs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills and experience with estimating and accounting software.
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Experience with billing is a plus.

Pay: $68,527.81 - $82,528.12 per year
