Allman Outdoors, LLC is a growing construction company based in Midland, North Carolina, specializing in turnkey ATM and signage installations throughout the Southeast. Our projects include ATM installations, commercial signage, concrete work, electrical coordination, demolition, site improvements, and other light commercial construction services.

Position Overview
As a Field Installer, you’ll travel with a crew to complete commercial construction and installation projects for financial institutions and other commercial clients. No two projects are exactly alike, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and learning new skills.
This position requires overnight travel for up to five consecutive days, depending on project schedules.
Responsibilities
- Assist with ATM installations and removals.
- Install interior and exterior commercial signage.
- Perform light commercial construction tasks, including demolition, concrete work, framing, painting, and finish work.
- Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials.
- Safely operate power tools and construction equipment.
- Read and follow project scopes and installation instructions.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Communicate professionally with customers and project managers.
- Complete required project documentation and photos.
- Work safely while following company and OSHA safety standards.
- Represent Allman Outdoors professionally at every job site.
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Prior construction experience is required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to travel overnight for up to five consecutive days.
- Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ATM installations.
- Experience installing commercial signage.
- Rigging experience.
- Forklift or equipment operation experience.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience towing trailers.
