About TSJ ProClean
TSJ ProClean is a growing commercial cleaning and disinfecting company serving businesses throughout North Carolina and expanding into new markets. We help offices, schools, churches, daycares, medical facilities, and commercial properties maintain clean, healthy environments.
We are looking for a motivated, professional, and dependable Remote Cold Caller to help generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Make 100–150 outbound calls per day to commercial businesses.
- Introduce TSJ ProClean's janitorial and disinfecting services.
- Speak with decision-makers and build relationships.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
- Follow up with prospects by phone, email, and text.
- Keep accurate notes in our CRM or call tracking system.
- Meet weekly appointment and activity goals.
Qualifications
- Previous cold calling or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and managers.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
- Basic computer skills.
Pay
- $15.00 per hour
- 25 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- Performance bonuses available based on qualified appointments and closed accounts.
