```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate meetings and events, including room reservations and catering arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with special projects as assigned
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software for email, calendar management, and document creation
- Strong computer literacy skills, including the ability to transcribe information accurately
- Experience in event planning or project coordination is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and the ability to handle multiple phone lines efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
