Compensation: $19.00 - $25 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a friendly and professional attitude while delivering an exceptional shopping experience
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and providing personalized product recommendations and styling assistance
- Drive individual and store sales by achieving sales goals and supporting overall store performance
- Maintain product knowledge to confidently introduce new collections, promotions, and featured merchandise
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system
- Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, organizing the stockroom, and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, well stocked, and visually appealing in accordance with company merchandising standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store recovery
- Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and loss prevention initiatives
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and customer focused store environment
- Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations and business needs
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months of retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Basic computer skills, including entering, accessing, and updating information in retail systems
- Experience using retail technology such as POS systems, tablets, or mobile devices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in apparel, fashion, or specialty retail
- Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience achieving sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Experience with inventory management, merchandising, or visual presentation
