CADA is Hiring! Join Our Team of Advocates
Citizens Against Domestic & Sexual Abuse (CADA) is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, mission-driven people to join us as full-time and part-time Advocates.
We are especially interested in candidates who:
Have experience or passion for housing advocacy, and/or
Want to support our violence-prevention education work in the community.
No minimum education requirement.
We value lived experience, community connection, and a willingness to learn. (To maintain confidentiality, applicants must not have used CADA services within the past year.)
Training is provided upon hire, including accredited Core Services requirements.
Open Positions
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, plus rotating crisis line responsibilities
Salary range: $24.00–$34.70/hr, depending on experience
Benefits: Medical, paid vacation/sick/mental health leave, 401k match, union-represented position
Part-Time Advocate (18 hrs/week)
- Mon–Thurs, 12:30 PM–5:00 PM
