CAD Designer will work with Project Engineers, Project Managers and Project Superintendents to produce shop drawing packages for relevant construction scopes (waterproofing, roofing, sheet metal, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in college, has their CAD Certification or has a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management)
- Read and navigate around construction drawings, capable of locating plans, sections, details, etc.
- Utilize the basic AutoCAD software commands and be able to XREF, insert and block objects to and from AutoCAD.
- Convert PDF shop drawings into working AutoCAD files and clean them up manually.
- Produce fully working shop drawings from the beginning to final phase in a timely manner.

- Ability to read and comprehend construction plans and specifications.
- Active Team Player with positive attitude and be self motivated to work unsupervised.

· Adobe Pro, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam,Procore
