- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently by prioritizing tasks with excellent time management skills.
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times during serving and bartending activities.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling processes; process payments swiftly and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, bar counters, dining spaces, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in catering events or banquets when needed.
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems like Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally.
- Experience in casual dining environments or banquet settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
