Core Duties-
Configure and run 3-5 axis CNC milling equipment in alignment with technical design requirements.

Analyze and translate complex blueprints, CAD files, and technical schematics.

Verify the quality of manufactured parts by utilizing specialized precision measurement tools.

Ensure machinery operates at peak efficiency by performing routine maintenance and necessary repairs.

Work alongside engineering staff to help optimize and streamline our production workflows.

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all established safety guidelines.

Log production activities to ensure comprehensive and precise record-keeping.
Required Background-
Completion of secondary education; a technical certificate or degree in machining is highly valued.

Demonstrated history of operating 3-5 axis CNC milling hardware.

Deep knowledge of G-code and CNC programming logic.

Advanced ability to decode and apply technical drawings and blueprints.

Skilled in the use of standard precision measurement devices like micrometers and calipers.
