We’re looking for a high-energy, skilled Powersports Technician who lives and breathes motorcycles and powersports. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision work, thrives in a fast-paced shop environment, and has a true passion for brands like Polaris, Kawasaki, Honda, and Yamaha. If you’re already turning wrenches and spend your free time riding, this could be your next great move.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnose, inspect, and repair powersports vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and related equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and complex mechanical repairs with accuracy and efficiency
- Work on major brands including Polaris, Kawasaki, Honda, and Yamaha
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues
- Complete warranty repairs and service documentation as required
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and dealership quality expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver a top-tier customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience as a Powersports Technician (required)
- Strong working knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-side systems
- Valid motorcycle license & active riding experience (required—you live it, not just fix it)
- Genuine passion for powersports and performance machines
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
