Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in an out patient ENT clinic. As a CMA, you will play a critical role in ensuring patient care is delivered efficiently and effectively while adhering to best practices in medical protocols.
Duties.
- Collect and document patient medical histories and vital signs accurately.
- Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and answering questions.
- Administer medications as directed by physicians and monitor patient reactions.
- Administer allergy injections.
- Scheduling of outpatient procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical environment, including the operating room (OR).
- Engage with patients and their families to provide education on health management.
Experience
- Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program is required.
- Proficiency in basic life support techniques is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients of all ages.
