About the Position
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to manage financial planning including creating the plans, working with several best-in-class software programs to create comprehensive strategies, coordinating insurance quotes, and building client deliverables. This role will also be responsible for managing all aspects of insurance for the practice including coordinating quotes, overseeing underwriting and implementation, and managing the companies ongoing insurance needs. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of the practice and enhancing client service.
Responsibilities
- Build client facing deliverables of all advisor client meetings
- Oversee and manage all insurance policies, including life, disability, and long-term care.
- Work with insurance partners to run insurance quotes and coordinate with advisors on appropriate coverage options
- Manage the underwriting process with the insurance carrier and the client
- Work with insurance carriers and clients to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain and track insurance policy details.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and other client-facing documents.
- Provide administrative support to the financial advisory team as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in business or economics)
- Ohio life insurance license (preferred)
- 1-3 years of financial planning industry background
- Familiarity with financial industry software including Fidelity’s Wealthscape
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft® Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Direct attention to detail and organizational skills
- Efficient time management skills
- Ability to multi-task.
- Friendly and outgoing personality for communication with clients
- Polite and professional phone manner
- Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
