Hudson County Motors is currently looking for a full-time Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team.

As a full-time Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our Parts Warehouse, ensuring inventory is properly organized, warehouse staff are working efficiently, delivery vehicles are loaded accurately, and all shipping and receiving activities are completed in a timely manner.
Hours can vary from 7-6PM M-F, with some Saturdays required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse pickers, pullers, and support personnel.
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure delivery vans are loaded accurately and dispatched on schedule.
- Work closely with the Shipping and Receiving Department regarding incoming and outgoing freight.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and distributing heavy-duty truck parts.
- Monitor inventory locations and ensure parts are stored properly.
- Participate in annual and random physical inventories for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying losses.
- Train, coach, and support warehouse personnel.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure company procedures are followed.
- Performs all functions within the scope of the warehouse for the purpose of providing support to warehouse and parts department staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Clearly legible handwriting.
- Experience in shipping and receiving operations.
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and complete formal training.
- Ability to lift, move, and organize heavy-duty truck parts as needed.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership inventory systems.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
