Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our manufacturing team as a Finishing and Machining Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise finishing, machining, and fabrication tasks to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. Your expertise will help transform raw materials into finished components ready for assembly and packaging, contributing directly to our manufacturing excellence. Duties
- Operate CNC machines such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC programming tools to produce high-precision parts according to blueprints and technical drawings.
- Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Perform finishing processes including grinding, polishing, deburring, and surface treatments to achieve desired product quality.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of hand tools, factory safety procedures, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Experience
- Proven factory experience in machining, fabrication, or finishing roles within a manufacturing facility.,
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations related to machining tolerances, and process adjustments.
