We are seeking a reliable and engaging Live Streaming Associate (Whatnot/Tiktok) to support product presentations and customer interaction in an e-commerce environment. This role involves presenting products, assisting with live sessions, and working closely with the team to improve customer experience. We are a growing e-commerce business focused on consumer products and online sales. Our team works across multiple digital channels to deliver quality products and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Host or assist with live product presentation sessions
- Present products clearly and highlight key features and benefits
- Interact with viewers in real time and maintain an engaging environment
- Collaborate with the team on content planning and product preparation
- Support ongoing improvement of audience engagement and sales performance
Requirements
- Comfortable speaking on camera
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and responsible work attitude
- Interest in e-commerce or online content
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or content creation is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Experience with accessories, glasses, eyewear, or similar product categories is a plus
Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Team Arrangement: 2 people per group
Hourly Rate: $18-$25 per hour Commission: 1%-3% GMV
Daily Hours: 8 hours per day
Probation Period: 15 days
