Position Summary
Caring Hearts Family Medical Centers is seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) .At this time we are specifically seeking a bilingual who is fluent in both ( English And Spanish) for behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychiatric care through comprehensive evaluations, medication management, and follow-up treatment while working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders.
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in accordance with Florida laws and regulations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable federal and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Florida APRN license.
- Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Current DEA registration.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with EMR systems is preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per hour
