Salary Range: $220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Active Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.
Minimum of three years of professional sales experience within the insurance sector.
Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships over time.
Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems and office productivity tools.
Valid driver's license for local travel within the Gloucester area.
Previous experience managing or mentoring junior sales staff is preferred.
Oversee daily operations and lead the sales strategy to help our community members protect what matters most.
Develop and implement outreach initiatives that connect us with local families and businesses in Gloucester.
Mentor and coach junior agents to ensure they feel supported and empowered in their daily work.
Analyze local market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and service expansion.
Manage high-level client inquiries, providing clear, compassionate, and expert guidance.
Collaborate with the broader team to refine our service offerings and improve the overall client experience.
