Duties
- Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock levels and proper storage
- Assist with order picking, packing, shipping & receiving to fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately using an LMS system
- Conduct stock stocking activities and organize materials for easy access and optimal warehouse flow
- Support manufacturing and construction-related tasks by handling raw materials and finished goods with mechanical knowledge and heavy lifting techniques
- Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards by following proper procedures during heavy equipment operation and materials handling
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisor and production supervisor to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
- Valid work experience
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Prior warehouse experience in manufacturing or construction environments is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment
