Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchaser to support our growing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor supplier performance for quality, on-time delivery, lead times, and cost.
- Communicate regularly with vendors to manage lead times, resolve issues, and negotiate pricing or delivery terms.
- Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and order data
- Monitor inventory levels and generate POs to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Track order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, production) to meet material requirements.
- Data entry (recording of incoming serial numbers)
- Support Owners & Managers in daily operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.78 - $40.00 per hour
