Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager with experience (required) to lead and grow our brand’s digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate is highly familiar with emerging social media trends, viral content strategies, and popular audio tracks — especially on TikTok and Instagram. This role requires a deep understanding of digital culture, strong creative instincts, and the ability to produce content that drives high engagement and visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content strategy across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, etc.)
- Analyze other pages in the same and similar industries to find new trends and content ideas that are performing well
- Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
- Create and manage a consistent posting schedule with high-quality, engaging visuals
- Publishing multiple videos a day on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (the same video content can be repurposed for all the platforms)
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and adjust strategy as needed
- Engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and community interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams (photography, marketing, design) to align on messaging and style
- Provide weekly reports showing growth and performance of related content
Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including creating content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand, business, or public figure
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, content formats, and audience behavior
- Creative mindset with excellent visual and storytelling skills
- Good knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
