Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team. Associates will perform a variety of production and packaging duties in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Responsibilities may include inspecting eggs for quality, packing products, and assisting with general production operations.
Schedule

Monday – Friday

6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Overtime as needed
Skills and Experience:
- Stand at the inspection belt near the egg peeler and inspect eggs for quality.

Identify and remove unpeeled eggs, damaged eggs, and other product defects.

Manually pack eggs into tubs, bags, and other packaging containers.

Maintain production standards and quality requirements.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

Keep work areas clean and organized.

Assist with other production duties as assigned.
Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Ability to lift, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to work overtime when required.
