In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, performing routine custodial tasks, oversight of driver reservations and ensuring that all areas meet high standards of hygiene and safety. Your proactive approach will contribute to a positive environment for all drivers and vendors alike. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces
- Routinely manage site vendors
- Assist with custodial duties related to waste removal, recycling, and restocking supplies to ensure continuous cleanliness
- Support facilities maintenance by fixing and/or reporting repairs needed for fixtures, lighting, or surfaces that require attention
- Maintain safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or hazards
- Use commercial cleaning tools and products efficiently while adhering to environmental and safety standards
- Provide site tenants outstanding customer service to include addressing site concerns, reservations and trouble shooting
- Part time with flexible, days and times
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred
- Background in facilities maintenance or general upkeep supports success in this role
- Familiarity with residential painting or light maintenance tasks can be beneficial but is not required
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward maintaining a clean, safe environment are essential
- Comfortable using technology, including property management apps, software platforms, and messaging tools, to complete tasks and submit daily/weekly reports
- Spanish proficiency is a bonus
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed (evenings, weekends)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
