Mimi’s Couture Bridal at Little White Dress: Bridal Receiving & Inventory CoordinatorAt Mimi’s Couture Bridal, we believe luxury begins behind the scenes. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team in a Bridal Receiving & Inventory Coordinator role.
This position is responsible for overseeing the receiving, quality control, organization, and processing of couture bridal inventory and customer orders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in precision, and enjoys creating systems and organization while supporting the operational excellence of a luxury bridal experience.
This role is primarily focused on receiving and inventory management, while also assisting with select operational and customer-facing tasks as needed to support the team.
Primary Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
Receiving & Inventory Management
- Receive, quality check, steam, tag, and organize incoming bridal inventory and customer orders.
- Inspect gowns and accessories using white gloves, verifying sizing, color, customizations, and overall condition.
- Ensure inventory is processed accurately and in a timely manner to meet designer return authorization timelines.
- Maintain an exceptionally organized, clean, and efficient receiving space.
- Coordinate inventory organization, pricing updates, tagging accuracy, and discontinuation updates.
- Manage trunk show, loaner gown, shipping, and FedEx logistics.
- Track and monitor customer order arrivals and maintain organization of incoming inventory.
- Prepare and send weekly new arrival communications to the team, ensuring stylists remain informed on fresh inventory and designer updates.
- Support steaming, tagging, and preparation of inventory for the sales floor.
- Monitor and help maintain operational supplies as needed.
Operational & Team Support
- Support the bridal team during busy appointment days by helping reset suites, return gowns to the floor, replenish supplies, and maintain presentation standards.
- Assist with answering phones, booking appointments, or supporting front desk flow when additional help is needed.
- Collaborate with stylists and management to maintain seamless daily operations and an elevated customer experience.
- Assist with store organization, cleanliness, and behind-the-scenes operational needs.

Availability & Schedule
This is a full-time position with a primary schedule of Tuesday through Friday, supporting receiving, inventory processing, and operational needs during business hours.
Occasional weekend availability will be required for special events, trunk shows, inventory needs, shipping deadlines, or additional store support when needed.
