We are a growing insurance restoration and reconstruction company serving Orange County, Los Angeles County, and the Inland Empire. Our services include general reconstruction, flooring restoration, and expanding water mitigation operations.
We are currently looking for an experienced Insurance Restoration Estimator & Project Manager who has a strong background in water mitigation, reconstruction, and insurance-related restoration projects. This role is best suited for a driven professional who excels in estimating, project oversight, customer relations, and business development, and who is interested in long-term career growth within a rapidly expanding company.
Our organization partners with multiple insurance carriers and is an approved contractor for several major TPAs. As we continue building referral and insurance relationships, we are seeking a results-oriented individual who can help support and drive that growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for:
- Water mitigation
- Reconstruction
- Flooring restoration
- Insurance-related property damage claims
- Use Xactimate and XactAnalysis to:
- Create estimates
- Submit supplements
- Track and manage claim progress
- Oversee projects from initial inspection through final completion
- Coordinate with:
- Insurance adjusters
- TPAs and carriers
- Subcontractors and vendors
- Homeowners and property managers
- Conduct property inspections, site evaluations, and documentation
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the restoration process
- Support business development efforts and help strengthen industry relationships
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Insurance restoration estimating
- Water mitigation
- Reconstruction project management
- Strong understanding of:
- Insurance claim procedures
- Supplements and restoration workflows
- Emergency property damage services
- Experience with flooring replacement and restoration preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Xactimate and XactAnalysis required
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven
- Existing industry contacts and relationships are a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
