Job Purpose:
As a Server Assistant, you're the behind-the-scenes hero making sure service flows smoothly. From clearing tables to restocking stations, you help create a clean, welcoming space for every guest.
What You’ll Do:

Support servers with food running, table resets, and guest needs.

Clear and clean tables quickly, keeping the dining area tidy and inviting.

Set up tables with clean glassware and roll-ups.

Help with large party setups or event breakdowns.

Keep server stations stocked with everything they need—before they even ask.

Wipe down chairs, high chairs, and outdoor furniture to keep everything spotless.

Tackle side work and restocking duties during downtime.
