Providence Living Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 12-hour day or night shift (6:00 – 6:00 ) in our facility.
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $40.75 – $43.00 per hour (based on experience), along with a CARES differential bonus of $2.00 per hour and full benefits package for eligible employees. This position follows a consistent rotating schedule:
Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
You will enjoy every other weekend as a 3-day weekend, never work more than 3 consecutive days, and have 7 days off every 14-day cycle.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and support teams to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
