We are currently looking for an individual who will be responsible for assembling high-quality fitness equipment efficiently and accurately, ensuring all products meet safety standards and quality expectations. Your expertise will contribute to delivering durable, reliable exercise machines that inspire healthier lifestyles for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assemble various components of exercise equipment using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments according to technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Interpret manufacturing documents, including assembly manuals, technical drawings, and production schedules to ensure accurate assembly processes
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of equipment parts safely while adhering to safety protocols and standards in production
- Utilize forklift and warehouse experience to transport raw materials and finished products within the manufacturing facility efficiently
- Perform quality checks during assembly to identify defects or inconsistencies, ensuring compliance with safety standards in production
- Participate in process improvement initiatives by suggesting ways to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, or improve safety measures on the assembly line
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and minimize hazards
Experience
- Proven factory experience in assembly or manufacturing environments, preferably within fitness or heavy equipment sectors
- Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, interpreting technical drawings, and using measuring instruments and hand tools
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, forklift operation, and manual handling procedures in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including lean manufacturing practices and process improvement techniques
- Prior experience working with power tools, mechanical knowledge, and understanding of manufacturing management processes is highly desirable
