Looking for an individual that will be responsible for the collection of assigned accounts. Will take incoming calls and work with consumers in an effort to resolve unpaid debts. Needs to have the ability to assess situations quickly, create solutions and thoroughly, accurately and efficiently update each account reviewed. Must be able to communicate in a professional, respectful manner while remaining compliant with all Federal regulations. Possessing the ability to skip trace using multiple platforms to locate consumer and/or assets is preferred. Must be reliable, self-motivated, customer service oriented with the ability to work alone as well as part of a team. Knowledge of Virginia Court system required. Experience with landlord/tenant a plus, but willing to train the right person.
