Comfort Cove Senior Living is seeking a compassionate, dependable Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with daily living activities while ensuring their safety, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Provide care for individuals with mobility challenges and developmental or cognitive conditions
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
- Follow individualized care plans and routines
- Assist with transfers and mobility (Hoyer lift experience is a plus)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Provide basic first aid when needed
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (Personal Care Home, Assisted Living, or Home Care)
- Knowledge of basic patient care and safety practices
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions carefully
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Valid TB test (required)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (in-person preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable with strong time management skills
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Flexible and adaptable in a home care environment
