Respond promptly to inbound sales and service inquiries

Schedule appointments and follow up with customers

Maintain consistent communication through phone, text, and email

Build relationships that create an outstanding customer experience

Work closely with our sales and service teams to maximize opportunities

Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM
Must be available to work alternating shifts of 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM and 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with alternating Saturdays required.

$20.00 per hour plus uncapped commission

Previous automotive BDC experience required

Experience working in a remote or centralized BDC is highly preferred.

Experience supporting multiple dealership locations and managing customer communication across multiple channels (phone, text, email, and CRM) is a strong plus.
