Cost and Purchasing Analyst

At Liberty Communities, accurate costs and well-built systems are the foundation of every successful home. We're looking for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in building efficient systems that help the entire company succeed.
You will own the data that drives our homebuilding process, from vendor pricing and budgets to floor plans, communities, option packages, and purchasing templates. Your work will directly support construction, sales, accounting, and operations.
What You'll Do
- Maintain vendor and subcontractor pricing, budgets, and purchasing templates.
- Set up new communities, floor plans, option packages, and system data.
- Manage plan details and purchasing information within company software.
- Review vendor statements and resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Manage variant purchase orders and cost updates.
- Answer vendor and internal team questions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting.
What We're Looking For

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Comfortable learning and leveraging new technology and software.
- Takes ownership and works independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Construction, purchasing, estimating, accounting, or ERP software experience preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
