Senior Attorney Responsibilities and Qualifications:

5+ years defending insurance clients in court, litigating coverage issues, and defending carriers

Take and defend depositions
-
Draft and argue dispositive motions
-
Attend hearings, mediations, and trials

Perform legal research and provide case law analysis

Prepare pleadings and correspondence
-
Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel

Deliver exemplary legal counsel to clients

An active member of the California Bar
