Pinch A Penny Pool, Patio & Spa Store #310 is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Weekly Pool Cleaning Technician to join our growing team.
This role ensures our customers’ pools are sparkling clean, safe, and ready to enjoy year-round.
Beyond cleaning, you’ll be trained to spot equipment issues and recommend solutions to the Pinch A Penny repair team—helping customers while contributing to company growth.
This role is perfect for a seasoned pool tech who wants more exposure to equipment installation, repair, remodeling and retail with an eye toward future growth and leadership opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform weekly pool cleaning (skimming, brushing, vacuuming, emptying baskets).
- Test and balance pool water chemistry; apply chemicals as needed.Inspect pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, cleaners, automation systems).
- Identify and report repair/upgrade opportunities to management.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicles and equipment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Pool industry experience preferred, but comprehensive training provided.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
- Valid driver’s license, clean record, and professional appearance.
- Strong customer service mindset and reliability.
