Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a full-time night shift position (7PM–7AM) at our skilled nursing facility in the Silverton area of Cincinnati, OH.

As a Night Shift LPN, you will play a critical role in ensuring continuity of care, monitoring residents overnight, and maintaining a safe, stable clinical environment. This position is ideal for nurses who are detail-oriented, independent, and committed to high-quality resident care.
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Monitor and assess resident conditions throughout the night and respond to changes appropriately
Accurately document care, incidents, and overnight observations
Provide wound care, vital signs monitoring, and clinical support
Supervise and support CNAs to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with care plans
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions between shifts
Maintain a calm, safe, and supportive environment for residents overnight
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Ohio
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities
Leadership skills and ability to supervise nursing assistants
