Requirements:
1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
2. Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license for the state in which you are applying
3. Must be at least 18 years of age
4. Sealed System Certified is a plus.
5. Ability to occasionally lift, up to 100 lbs.
What your responsibilities will be:
· Providing timely, knowledgeable, and quality repairs of customers’ appliances from across different OEMs and home warranties. Be able to thoroughly diagnoses and repair appliance. You will receive technical support, customer support and parts to fix the appliance.
· Maintaining high-quality customer service and care
· Looking for ways to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience
· Following the truck maintenance schedule and keeping a clean, organized truck
Job Types: Full-time, Contract.
Pay: $40,000 - $70,000 annually
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, some Saturdays.
Wages schedule: Wages are paid bi-weekly
