Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will support warehouse operations by safely moving materials, fulfilling orders, and assisting with shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse distribution, material handling, and equipment operation, with a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Current Shifts Available: (4/10 & 5/8)
- Day Shift - $20.50
- Swing Shift - $21.25
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift, clamp truck, order picker, crane, pallet jack, and RF scanner to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Accurately pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Load and unload shipments while following all company safety procedures.
- Assist with shipping and receiving, including inventory verification and documentation.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Organize inventory by stacking pallets, maintaining storage areas, and keeping the warehouse clean and orderly.
- Follow OSHA regulations and company safety standards at all times.
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
- Use basic mechanical knowledge to identify and report equipment issues as needed.
- Perform all duties expected of a Forklift Operator while maintaining productivity and workplace safety.
Requirements
- Steel-toe shoes required.
- Valid Utah driver's license.
- Previous experience in warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, or a related role.
- Experience operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and order-picking processes.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and warehouse best practices.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Experience with construction or heavy equipment is beneficial.
- Inventory management and material handling experience preferred.
- Previous leadership or warehouse supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
