We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC/R equipment, and electrical systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes quickly.
- Conduct appliance repair and installation tasks, including servicing refrigeration appliances and air conditioning units.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections following operational procedures.
- Assist with construction projects or upgrades by providing mechanical support and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Operate and repair various equipment used in maintenance operations, including tools for HVAC/R and mechanical systems.
- Lead or support maintenance teams during complex repairs or projects to ensure timely completion with safety as a priority.
Experience
- Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair.
- Familiarity with schematics, technical diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures for complex equipment.
- Hands-on experience with appliance installation and maintenance within commercial or industrial settings.
- Knowledge of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices to optimize equipment uptime.
- Construction experience or familiarity with building infrastructure is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide or collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience in air conditioning systems and equipment repair.

Pay: $30.00 - $36.46 per hour
