Duties

- Lead strategic planning initiatives to expand program offerings, improve quality standards, and strengthen community partnerships.
- Manage budgeting processes, monitor financial health, and ensure resources are allocated effectively to support educational goals.
- Foster a positive work environment through management practices that motivate staff, support professional development, and encourage teamwork.
- Supervise classroom activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and educational best practices.
- Engage with families through regular communication, public speaking engagements, and community events to build trust and promote center initiatives.
- Lead fundraising efforts to secure grants and donations that enhance program resources and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in education administration or management within early childhood or childcare settings.
- Strong background in curriculum development, classroom teaching, and working directly with young children.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising staff and managing teams effectively.
- Excellent strategic planning abilities combined with budgeting expertise to ensure sustainable operations.
- CDA credential or degree
- Knowledge of regulations related to childcare licensing, safety standards, and education policies.
