Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with pool maintenance and repair and a strong work ethic.
Duties
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. .
- Diagnose issues with pool systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Utilize service software to maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their pool needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while working on-site.
Experience
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is required.
- Experience in pool cleaning and maintenance practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Compensation
- Pay starts at $17.50/hr for entry level
- Proven experience will be compensated
- Paid training and completion bonus
