We are a growing lawn and landscape company that services the greater Springfield area. We are looking to hire a reliable and motivated individual for our lawn maintenance crew. As a member of our lawn maintenance crew you will assist our head mowing technician in maintaining residential and commercial properties.
Specific duties include but are not limited to: mowing with zero turn and walk behind mowers, trimming, edging and using a backpack and/or handheld blower. During the off season, you will help complete leaf clean ups and assist with landscape and hardscape projects. We have multiple commercial snow accounts so during the winter months there is a chance you will be working long hours for snow removal.
We do not work the major holidays. Paid holidays start after 1 year as long as those holidays fall on business days. The work week is 40-50 hours, with paid overtime. There is the chance that you would work a Saturday if weather puts us behind.
Ideally, we would love to have someone with experience. Pay is determined by experience. Start time is immediate. This is a year round job, not seasonal. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
