Transaction Coordinator (Real Estate Investing)
Location: St. Petersburg, FL (In Office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $5,000/month + performance bonuses

What You'll Do
You will manage transactions from signed contract to closing.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage both wholesale and novation transactions from contract to closing
- Open escrow and coordinate with title companies nationwide
- Order payoffs, municipal lien searches, HOA information, probate documentation, and other required closing items
- Communicate with sellers, buyers, title companies, attorneys, agents, and contractors
- Schedule inspections, walkthroughs, appraisals, contractor visits, and property showings
- Coordinate repair timelines for novation properties
- Track contract deadlines and ensure all parties stay on schedule
- Keep InvestorFuse, Monday.com, and transaction files updated daily
- Provide proactive updates to sellers throughout the transaction
- Identify title or closing issues early and work toward resolutions
- Coordinate assignment paperwork and closing documents
- Work closely with the acquisitions and dispositions teams to ensure every transaction closes smoothly
- Take ownership of each file and proactively solve problems before they become delays

Success in This Role
Within your first 90 days, you'll:
- Successfully coordinate multiple transactions simultaneously
- Keep sellers and buyers informed throughout every step of the process
- Maintain organized and accurate transaction files
- Resolve title and closing issues before they impact timelines
- Help improve company closing efficiency
- Become the trusted point person for ensuring every deal reaches the closing table
