Schedule
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:50 AM – 6:00 PM
- No late nights

Responsibilities
- Accurately verify and dispense prescriptions
- Counsel patients with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
- Perform and oversee non-sterile compounding preparations
- Assist with formulation calculations and basic compounding techniques
- Collaborate with providers regarding customized therapies
- Support long-term care pharmacy operations
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Help create a positive, efficient, and patient-centered culture
- Educate patients on vitamins, supplements, and wellness products
- Contribute ideas to improve workflow, patient experience, and pharmacy growth

Qualifications
- Active Florida Pharmacist License in good standing
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and patient counseling
- Basic non-sterile compounding experience required
- Familiarity with vitamins, supplements, and wellness products preferred
- Long-term care experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to accuracy and compliance
