## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in various massage techniques and possess a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, and must demonstrate a warm, caring attitude towards our patients. We are a very strong practice that originated in Wilmington (previously Sito Chiropractic) in 1996 and we pride ourselves on customer service - which in turn has made us one of the most reputable chiropractic offices in Wilmington!
## Responsibilities
-This is a part time position in a small office with a great staff of 1 Doctor and 6 employees. The office hours are M, W, Th 10-4; T 2-6, F 9-1. We have a massage therapist now but due to the volume of the massage schedule, but we need someone to fill a 1/2 day shift on M, W, Th, and either the T or the F shift.
-Your patients will be handed to you. We do the scheduling. We do the laundry! You will be busy without having to create your own clientele.
- Perform patient assessments to determine appropriate massage techniques.
- Provide deep tissue massages, trigger point therapy, and other specialized treatments
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of acute pain management to enhance patient care.
- Collaborate with our Doctor to develop treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress
